Unlike a regular patila or saucepan, a milk boiler works on a double-boiler system (similar to a bain-marie). It uses steam to heat the contents gently, preserving nutrients.
Unscrew the Whistle: Locate the nozzle on the side or top of the boiler rim. Unscrew the whistle cap.
Fill the Water Chamber: Using the provided funnel, pour roughly 1 to 2 cups of water into the nozzle.
Tip: Tilt the boiler slightly to help the water flow into the outer jacket. Stop when water starts overflowing from the nozzle; this means the jacket is full.
Attach the Whistle: Screw the whistle cap back onto the nozzle securely. This whistle is your indicator—it works just like a pressure cooker whistle!
Pour the Milk (or Food): Pour your milk into the main central container. Place the boiler on the stove.
Heat and Wait: Turn on the flame (or induction). As the water in the outer layer boils, it generates steam which heats the inner container. When the milk reaches the boiling point, the whistle will blow loud and clear.
Turn Off and Serve: Once the whistle blows, turn off the stove. Your milk is boiled, sterilized, and ready to use!
Why switch from a regular pot to a specialized boiler? Here are the game-changing benefits:
Modern kitchens need modern solutions. The Coconut Milk Boiler is designed with a versatile base that makes it fully compatible with Induction Cooktops as well as standard Gas Stoves. Whether you have a modular kitchen with an induction plate or a traditional setup, this boiler fits right in.
This is a unique feature, especially in our Flat Series. Because of their wider base and double-wall steam technology, they can "double down" as a food warmer.
How it works: Place leftovers—like rice, dal, or curry—inside the boiler. The steam generated in the walls gently reheats the food without drying it out.
Why it's better: It avoids the radiation of a microwave and keeps your food moist and fresh, making it the healthiest way to warm up yesterday’s dinner!
The whistle alerts you exactly when the milk is done, so you never have to stand guard over the stove. Since the milk is heated by indirect steam, it will never burn or stick to the bottom, saving you from scrubbing burnt pots.
The product is available in tall and wide models. Also available in steel and glass lids - each with 4 different sizes.

While excellent, a milk boiler does require slightly different care than a standard pot:
Water Management: You must remember to fill the water jacket every time. Heating it without water in the outer layer can damage the vessel.
Weight: Because of the sturdy double-wall construction, these vessels are slightly heavier than single-walled pots—a sign of their premium quality.
Heating Time: It takes a few minutes longer to boil compared to a direct flame, as it heats the water jacket first. However, the "whistle alert" means you don't have to watch it, so you actually save time!
A Stainless Steel Milk Boiler is one of those kitchen upgrades that you don't realize you need until you have one. It works on your induction stove, saves cleaning effort, and even replaces your microwave for healthy food reheating.
