Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Currently, we don’t allow to change address once the order is placed.

The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbour / front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, write to us using the ‘CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE’.

Return Policy

15 days Replacement / Return only Free replacement or return will be provided within 15 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards (if any) in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
