No response on product description inquiry especially on dimensions
Still had faith on quality and ordered and quality is good
But the product do not have a full set of screws and has to live with half of the screws which will not stand at all and no tool to fit the wheels
So, Tried the team over e-mail and phone but no luck. I keep on chasing them but no luck.
Thought to place the return but product quality has stopped me to place the return request.
and finally, after 4 days, I found the screws set at the local market as these are ss screws with a specific length
I appreciate to have a proper response for online customers as we do not see the product but still buy based on trust & faith.
